American Cheese Society Awards
We are humbled to have won five awards at the 25th annual American
Cheese Society awards in Chicago. Harley Farms Monet took first place
in the farmstead cheeses (all milks) and our fromage blanc won in the
cultured cheeses (goat milk). We took third places for our chevre in
oil, feta, and ricotta. These four basic cheeses - chevre, fromage
blanc, feta and ricotta - are the foundation of our dairy, and have
been consistently praised at the Cheese Society Awards over the years
we have entered the cheese.
